Where over 250 of the storage industry’s finest converged on the Leonardo Royal Hotel to find out who had been recognised for their excellence at what was of our best nights ever.
The evening kicked off with our Champagne Reception sponsored by Titan Data Solutions and the entertainment was provided by magician Nick Einhorn who provided countless ‘How did he do that?’ moments during his act.
The awards were presented by Paul Coyte (GB News) Stuart Leigh (Event Director) and Dave Tyler (editor, Storage Magazine). By the time the awards had finished, ExaGrid had walked away with 3 trophies, with Nexstor, Tintri, CDS, HPE, Seagate, Convergent Technology, CTERA, Exertis Enterprise, Infinidat, Object First, Procurri and Veritas (3 if you include the music quiz) all picking up 2 awards.
The big winners of the night were Barracuda – Cloud Product of the Year, Seagate – Storage Product of the Year, CTERA – Cloud Company of the Year, and HPE – Storage Company of the Year.
Other notable wins were Simon Regan – Technical, Mary Domenichelli – Marketing, Simon Jelley – Commercial all winning Storage Industry Champion awards.
Exertis Enterprise were inducted into the ‘Hall of Fame’ and Nexstor picked up MSP of the Year AND Enterprise Storage Reseller of the Year.
The Editor’s Choice awards went to Infinidat – InfiniGuard for the product and Cameo for company.
The Storage Awards or “The Storries” as they are affectionately known will be back in 2025 with the 22nd running of our annual event. As ever, we will be looking to showcase and reward the best technologies, products, people, and solutions that make our industry.
